Information on Flexipass tickets, a multi journey ticket available for Caledonian Sleeper services.

How do Flexipasses work?

What is a Flexipass?

Flexipass is a collection of 10 single sleeper tickets that can be used for any journey on Caledonian Sleeper, one Flexipass is used per room, per direction.

Validity

Flexipasses are valid on all Caledonian Sleeper routes. You can allocate your tickets to a friend, or travel as a group, so five people could use a Flexipass to travel on any route on an outward and return leg. We only sell one way tickets, so a return journey for five people would use ten flexipass vouchers.

Expiry

Flexipasses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you don’t use all the tickets on your Flexipass within 12 months, the expiry date of up to five unused tickets will be extended to the expiry of the new tickets if you purchase a new Flexipass. You must purchase a new Flexipass before your current Flexipass expires to transfer any unused tickets.

How to Purchase

You must register for a Caledonian Sleeper online account to purchase a Flexipass. You can do this by clicking on the “Register” button at the top of our webpages. All bookings and cancellations are managed through your own dedicated online account.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of reservation must be requested midday two days before you arrive in your destination. If the request is made after that point the journey will be forfeited.
