Your journey starts before you board our train – which is why we have worked to create several station lounges across Scotland.

Our Guest Lounges all have accessible shower and toilet facilities, while Caledonian Sleeper hosts will be on hand to serve drinks and snacks to guests ahead of and after their journey.

Inverness lounge closure 20th March - 15th April

During that time, Caledonian Double, Club and accessible guests will be able to use The Royal Highland Hotel before boarding or after departure but the hotel will offer a different service, details below

Hotel open from 6pm until boarding, morning guests, hotel open from arrival until 10:30am. Guests can join us in the hotel lobby for complimentary tea or coffee.

Other refreshments and food can be ordered at the hotel bar. Please note there are no shower facilities available at the Hotel.

Eligible ticket holders will receive a text message prior to travel, please show this to hotel staff on arrival to confirm that you are a Caledonian Sleeper guest.

We are sorry to advise that our lounges at Dundee, Leuchars & Perth stations are now permanently closed.
