About your Accessible Twin room
Our Accessible Twin room offers a private space where you can relax before drifting off in comfort to snooze your way to your destination.
Our twin bunk beds are equipped with handmade Glencraft mattresses, supplier to the British Royal family’s Balmoral estate for 4 generations, offering a snug place for cosy night’s sleep.
If you require the top bunk to be stowed away, please contact our Guest Service Centre no later the before the day of travel.
The lowered in-room washbasin allows you to freshen up in the privacy of your own room before arrival.
Guests are welcome to travel with their service animals free of charge.

All of our trains have accessible accommodation, but unfortunately not all of the stations we serve are fully accessible.
The interactive Access Map allows you to view all stations across Britain and identify whether they are accessible. Details include whether stations have step free or partial step free access and what facilities are available at each station, including accessible toilets and changing places.
